Incorporating traditional Japanese interior elements into this modern home was a key design choice. The use of Hinoki wood panels as the primary material in the space, along with a secondary colour palette of white, helped to create a relaxed and airy atmosphere. To add some texture and a touch of natural beauty, we used a rough, greyish terrazzo as an accent. One of the highlights of the living room is a panel wall with a circle design that features a bonsai tree as its centrepiece, adding a touch of elegance and nature to the space.
