This package is tailored for those seeking advanced guidance on spatial planning and concept drawing for their interior spaces. Customers who continue to use our building services will be refunded 10000 HKD.
 
What's Included?
 
60 minutes of Online Consultation Service (x1): A dedicated slot to discuss your specific needs, preferences, budget, and any other requirements you might have. 
On-Site Measurement (x1): Our technician will conduct a one-time on-site measurement for a more accurate layout. This service is only available in Hong Kong
Layout Plan (x1): A detailed layout plan will be provided to give you a clear view of the spatial distribution. 
Reflective Ceiling Plan (x1)
Power Socket Layout Plan (x1)
Furniture technical drawings set (x1): ready to produce furniture drawings. However, please note that further verification with your contractor in advance is advised. For clients outside of Hong Kong, our furniture drawings will be based on the material and data you provide. It is recommended to conduct a site measurement with your local contractor in advance.
Presentation Deck (x1): A professional presentation on Reference Images, Including Style, Material, and Color. This is a process to let us understand your preference more. 
Design Option (x1): A design concept will be provided based on the information gathered during the consultation. 
Colour Options (x2): Two colour scheme options to choose from, which will define the mood and style of your space. 
High Quality Renderings (x6-10 per option): Depending upon the size of the space and the number of rooms, six to ten renderings per option will be provided. These will give you a virtual tour of what your space could look like. 
This package provides a comprehensive solution for your interior design needs. From initial consultation to a detailed layout plan, furniture, Power & switch, colour options, and final renderings, get professional assistance every step of the way.

Service Cancellation: No refund can be provided after confirmation of payment under normal circumstances.
Non-Service Utilization: Upon confirmation of payment, we will reach out to you using the contact information you provided. Please note that this package is valid for 2 months. If the buyer does not utilize the package, respond to our inquiries, or provide necessary information by any means within the validity period, no refund will be accepted.Failure to use the service within the validity period is considered a forfeiture of the right to use the service. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide timely and quality service to all our customers.
Quality Assurance: We will do our best to address your concerns. If we are unable to provide the items as listed in the package, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the situation.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, where the service cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, accidents, governmental actions, etc.), we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Data Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. If the service cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, no refund

Q: Are these drawings ready for construction?
A: The Basic package includes concept drawings and a floor plan, but they are not technical drawings used for the construction phase. However, the furniture drawings in the premium package can be used in production, but we advise you to further verify the site condition with your contractor.

Q: What can I do with the drawings?
A: Firstly, the drawings help you visually understand the spatial design of your interior space. Secondly, with the basic floor plan and renderings, you can request a rough quotation from a third-party contractor or from us. Having a solid design concept usually results in a more accurate quotation.

Q: What's the next step?
A: If you like the design and want to proceed, you can continue consulting with us for further procedures, which may include site inspections and working with builders.

Q: Is there any size limitation on the design?
A: Yes, this design package is suitable for units that are less than 1200 sq.ft / 112 sq.m If the unit exceeds this size, there will be an additional charge of 700 HKD or (89.5 USD) per additional 100 sq.ft / 9.3 sq.m

Q: What if I want another design option?
A: If you desire an additional design option, such as a new modern design in addition to your current neo-classical style, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. The design process for the new option will be similar to the initial one, involving the provision of a design deck, floor plan, and renderings.For the second design option, there will be a charge of 75% of the first design fee (e.g., 8800 x 75% = 6600 HKD). In the case of subsequent design options beyond the second, the charge will be at a rate of 60% of the first design fee.

Q: How many times can I request amendments to the drawings?
A: Minor amendments are free of charge, and we are happy to make changes that better suit your needs. However, amendments require time and effort. We aim to complete the drawings within the agreed-upon lead time, which is usually feasible for reasonable amendments. In extreme cases where there are excessive changes, we may need to charge an extra design fee and extend the lead time. Major amendments that involve changing the entire design option would require an additional design fee.
